Directions

We are conveniently located on Rte 94 in Frelinghuysen, south of Newton and north of Blairstown. Look for us next to Wilbur’s Country Store.

From New York State and NE Sussex: Take Rte. 94 South, past the Newton Memorial Hospital and the town of Fredon.  Breathing Room Center is on the left, just past the Yellow Frame Church.

From SE Warren County and SW Sussex: Take Rte. 94 North through Blairstown and Marksboro.  The center is on the right, just past the Frelinghuysen Elementary School.

From East and New York City Area: Take Rte. 80 West to exit 19.  Turn right off the exit, then make immediate first left onto Allamuchy Road (612 North).  Continue all the way to stop sign (approx. 5 miles), turn right onto 519 North (becomes 661) and follow to Rte. 94 (stop sign).  Turn right onto 94 North to the center on your right.

From Panther Valley/Hackettstown: Cross Rte. 80 overpass and make first left onto Allamuchy Road (612 North), then follow above directions from points East.

From Pennsylvania:  Take Rte. 80 East through the Delaware Water Gap to exit 4C, Rte. 94.  Approximately 25 minutes to center.
